Quick Start

  1. Create sites and geofences in Admin > Sites.
  2. Use Worker Check-in for site arrivals and departures (allow location access).
  3. Use Self Check-in to track solo work sessions and invoices.
  4. Share mobile setup links or QR codes for fast field access.
  5. Review attendance and export reports in Admin > Reports.

Daily Workflows

  • Worker Check-in: open the check-in page, confirm the site, and tap Check In or Check Out.
  • Guest check-in is available when sign-in is optional. Save your receipt code for checkout.
  • Self Check-in: start a session when work begins and end it when you leave.
  • Mobile Setup: configure iPhone Shortcuts or Android automation from the site setup page.
  • Admins can review activity, anomalies, and summaries from Reports.

Compliance Records

  • Each event records time, site, location accuracy, and device metadata for audit readiness.
  • Use Admin > Reports to export CSV or PDF (where available) for payroll and compliance.
  • Review anomalies and missed checkouts using the reports dashboard.

FAQs

Why was a check-in rejected?

Most rejections happen when location accuracy is too low, permission is denied, or the device is outside the site boundary.

I can’t find my site (No site nearby).

Move closer, enable high-accuracy location, and try again. Ask an admin to confirm the site location or radius if it still fails.

Can I check in without signing in?

Yes, if guest check-in is enabled for the site. You’ll be asked for your name and mobile number.

How do I check out as a guest?

Use the receipt code you received at check-in, or the same mobile number used to check in.

Can team members use their own phones?

Yes. Ask for the site setup link or QR code to configure iPhone Shortcuts or Android automation.

How do I export attendance?

Use Admin > Reports to export CSV or PDF with date range controls.

Why are check-in times off?

Check your device time and timezone settings, then retry the check-in.

Where can I switch language?

Use the EN / 中文 toggle in the top navigation.

What location data is captured?

Location is captured only when a check-in or check-out is submitted, not continuously.
