This service provides attendance and check-in workflows for authorized organizations and users. You may use the service only for lawful business operations and in accordance with your organization policies.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep account credentials confidential.
- Do not share one account across multiple people.
- Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
- Provide accurate check-in and profile information.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass geofence, replay, or identity controls.
- Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload malicious content or abuse API endpoints.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to the Privacy Notice. You are responsible for ensuring your workforce is informed of attendance tracking and data handling requirements applicable to your organization.
Intellectual Property
CheckIn and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, and documentation. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as permitted by law.
Availability and Changes
We may update features, limits, and security controls to keep the service reliable and safe. Planned maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckIn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CheckIn from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security abuse, or legal requirements.
